3. Prohibited activities
You must not use our services to facilitate fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions evasion, tax evasion, bribery, corruption, or any other criminal activity. You must not use our services in connection with unlawful goods or services, or with activities that are illegal in the jurisdictions relevant to the transaction.
You must not use our services to fund or facilitate activities that we reasonably determine to be high-risk or incompatible with our legal and regulatory obligations. We may maintain and update a list of restricted activities and may decline transactions accordingly.
4. Accurate information and cooperation
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when applying for and using our services, and you must respond to reasonable requests for information that we are required to make for compliance purposes. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of this Policy.
You must not impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority.
5. Security and system integrity
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with or disrupt our services, introduce malicious code, or circumvent security or authentication measures. You must not use automated means to access our services in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure, except through interfaces we expressly provide for that purpose.
You are responsible for keeping your access credentials secure and for all activity conducted through your account, subject to applicable law.
6. Acceptable communications and content
You must not use our services to transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, or infringing of the rights of others. You must not use our services to distribute spam or to engage in deceptive or misleading conduct.
Where our services allow you to submit or transmit content, you are responsible for that content and for ensuring you have the necessary rights to submit it.
7. Consequences of breach
If you breach this Policy, we may take action consistent with our Terms and Conditions, including restricting, suspending, or terminating your access, reversing or withholding transactions where lawful, and retaining information required for compliance purposes.
Where we are required or authorised to do so by law, we may report activity to regulators or law-enforcement agencies, including AUSTRAC, as described in our AML/CTF Statement.
8. Reporting and changes
If you become aware of any actual or suspected breach of this Policy, or of any misuse of our services, please report it to us via the contact form on our website. We may update this Policy from time to time; the current version is the version published on our website, and the "Last updated" date indicates when it last changed.
