1. About this document
This Fees and Charges document explains how SGCPAY (AUS) LIMITED (ABN 61 662 299 434) ("SGCPAY", "we", "us" or "our") approaches fees for its products and services. It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.
The specific fees that apply to you depend on the products you use, your customer type, your jurisdiction, and the arrangements agreed during onboarding. We are committed to being transparent about fees before you incur them.
2. How fees are determined and confirmed
Because our products serve a range of personal and business customers across different regions, fees are not one-size-fits-all. Applicable fees are assessed and confirmed to you during onboarding, or before you use a chargeable service, so that you know what will apply to your situation.
An overview of our pricing framework is available on our pricing page at /pricing. Where a specific fee applies to a transaction or service, we will make it available to you before you proceed.
3. Types of fees that may apply
Depending on the services you use, fees may include account or subscription fees, transaction or processing fees, currency-conversion margins, payment or withdrawal fees, card-related fees, and fees for optional or premium features. Not all of these apply to every customer or product.
The precise combination of fees that applies to you will be confirmed as part of your onboarding or before you use the relevant service. We do not publish fixed figures here because they vary by product, customer, and region.
4. Third-party and network costs
Some transactions involve costs charged by third parties, such as correspondent or intermediary banks, card networks, or blockchain networks. These costs may be passed on to you or deducted from a transaction amount, and they may vary independently of our own fees.
Where practicable, we will indicate when third-party costs are likely to apply, but some third-party costs are outside our control and may not be known in advance.
5. Currency conversion
Where a service involves converting between currencies, an exchange rate and any applicable margin or conversion fee will apply. The rate and any associated fee will be disclosed to you, or made available, before you complete a conversion or as otherwise agreed during onboarding.
Exchange rates move continuously, and the rate that applies is generally the rate at the time the conversion is processed.
6. Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies that apply to your use of our services or to your transactions. Unless we state otherwise, fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which may be added where required by law.
We do not provide tax advice. You should seek independent professional advice about your tax obligations.
7. Changes to fees
We may introduce new fees or change existing fees from time to time. Where a change affects a service you actively use, we will take reasonable steps to notify you in advance in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and applicable law.
If you do not agree to a fee change, you may choose to stop using the affected service, subject to any obligations you have already incurred.
8. Questions about fees
If you have any questions about fees that apply, or expect to apply, to your account, you can review our pricing framework at /pricing or contact us via the contact form on our website. We will explain the fees relevant to your circumstances.
