What These Registrations Do and Do Not Authorise

AUSTRAC registration relates to obligations under Australia's anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorism-financing regime. It has a specific, limited scope.

  • These registrations are not an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) and do not authorise the provision of financial products or financial advice.
  • Products that would require additional authorisation — including financial products, foreign exchange and CFD trading, and credit — remain subject to obtaining the relevant regulatory approvals, or to being offered in partnership with appropriately authorised providers.
  • AUSTRAC registration does not constitute an endorsement of SGCPAY, or of any SGCPAY product, by AUSTRAC or any other regulator.

Services Provided Through Partners

Certain services described on our website — including card issuing and banking services, where applicable — are provided through regulated third-party partners rather than directly by SGCPAY. Details of the relevant partner for a given service are made available to customers where required by law or where otherwise permitted.

Restricted Jurisdictions

Jurisdiction availability is assessed during onboarding. SGCPAY does not provide services where doing so would breach applicable law or sanctions.
This page is provided for general information and is not exhaustive of SGCPAY's regulatory obligations or arrangements. Regulatory status, registration numbers and service availability may change; the most current details are confirmed during onboarding. If you have questions about our regulatory status, please contact our compliance team.
